Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse the delivery or return the product(s) once you receive them.

 

Refund Policy:

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. If you receive a damaged or defective product or if the product is not as described, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We will initiate the refund once we receive the product and verify its condition.

  • We do not offer refunds for products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchange Policy:

  • We offer an exchange policy for products that do not fit or are not suitable. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Shipping charges for the exchange will be back to customer.

 

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
